  1. Must have at least 15 members in attendance
  2. All member vehicles must be registered through our system (club/team name must be entered for all members)
  3. Members must have team sticker/banner on their car before the start of the event
  4. Teams must be well represented. At least two of the following must be used:

– Flags with team logo
– Shirts with team logo
– Canopy/tent with team logo
– Banner with team logo

Representation and vehicle quality will both play a part in selection of the winner. We will look at the total number of individual awards each team takes, as well as how a team behaves and represents themselves at the event. We are looking for teams that come to compete at a high level, but in a classy and supportive way.

If the winning team does not satisfy all of the requirements for any reason, the awards will be presented, but the cash prizes will not.

Roll-In Info

Competitor Vehicles

Friday, May 29th 3pm – 10pm

Staging starts at 11am. You will need to park in the main lot and collect your credentials in the main lobby. Vehicles will not start being loaded into the venue until 3pm.

Our check-in process is done completely electronically. Our system contains all of your information and images of your vehicle(s). So when you arrive, all you need to do is give us your name or show us the QR code provided to you in your acceptance email.

For Indoor Vehicles:

  • Must have 1/4 of gas or less!
  • Batteries must be disconnected!
  • Car keys will be collected!

Additional info may be emailed to you closer to the event.

Vendors

Roll-in will be Friday, May 29th from 3pm – 10pm

This includes all booth vehicles!! Any booth vehicles that do not roll in during this time frame will not be able to park in their booth!!

Our check-in process is done completely electronically. Our system containins all of your information and images of your vehicle(s). So when you arrive, all you need to do is give us your name (so there’s no need to bring anything with you).

Important! The first person from your company who arrives at the event and checks in will be given all of your company’s passes, and it will be their responsibility to distribute them to the rest of your employees who will be attending.

***If you have a trailer or tent larger than 10′ x 10′ you will need a smoke/carbon monoxide detector to show the fire marshall! Food vendors will need a fire extinguisher!***

Additional roll-in info may be emailed to you closer to the event.

Rules & Guidelines

For indoor venues, fire codes require that all vehicles parking inside any venues have 1/4 tank of fuel or less! Also all batteries must be disconnected! This will be strictly enforced!!

**NO SPACE GUARANTEED – to ensure a space at this event, you must register as early as possible.

REGISTERED VEHICLES – Show vehicles receive a pass for the driver only! Additional passes can be purchased when registering your vehicle or from our staff when you roll into the event.

VEHICLES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO LEAVE UNTIL AWARDS HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED AND THE SHOW IS OVER! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

A Few Rules for Competitors and Vendors:

  • Absolutely NO burnout’s will be permitted on the property! If so, you will lose all access and will be asked to remove yourself from the premises!
  • NO ALCOHOL MAY BE BROUGHT IN TO THE EVENT.
  • Food may be brought in before the show starts. If you bring in coolers/cooler bags they may be searched by security.
  • If you rolled in the day before the event, you will be able to get into the venue the next morning to finish prepping your vehicle. Check with our staff to see what time the doors will open.
  • If you lose or pretend as though you lost your ticket, payment confirmation, or wrist band or claim that you never got a ticket to enter, you will have to pay the standard spectator entry fee to enter the building–**No Exceptions**
  • IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL OF THE PARKING AND ADMISSION PASSES IN HAND BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE VENUE!

NO VEHICLES SHOULD BE MOVED, STARTED OR LEAVE THE PREMISES FOR ANY REASON UNTIL THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT!!
