Held at Highmark Stadium right along the Monongahela River, this event provides the perfect backdrop, and should make for some amazing photo opportunities!

Roll-In Info

Show Vehicles

Roll-in will be Saturday, September 20th from 11am – 1pm.

Our check-in process is done completely electronically. Our system contains all of your information and images of your vehicle(s). So when you arrive, all you need to do is give us your name or show us the QR code provided to you in your acceptance email.

Additional info may be emailed to you closer to the event.

Vendors

Roll-in will be Saturday, September 20th from 9am – 11am.

This includes all booth vehicles!! Any booth vehicles that do not roll in during this time frame will not be able to park in their booth!!

Our check-in process is done completely electronically. Our system contains all of your information. So when you arrive, all you need to do is give us your business name (so there’s no need to bring anything with you).

Important! The first person from your company who arrives at the event and checks in will be given all of your company’s passes, and it will be their responsibility to distribute them to the rest of your employees who will be attending.

Additional roll-in info may be emailed to you closer to the event.

Rules & Guidelines

**NO SPACE GUARANTEED – to ensure a space at this event, you must register as early as possible.

REGISTERED VEHICLES – Show vehicles receive a pass for the driver only!  Additional passes can be purchased for $10 each when registering your vehicle. Additional tickets can also be purchased from our staff when you roll into the event.

VEHICLES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO LEAVE UNTIL AWARDS HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED AND THE SHOW IS OVER! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

A Few Rules for Competitors and Vendors:

  • Absolutely NO burnout’s will be permitted on the property! If so, you will lose all access and will be asked to remove yourself from the premises!
  • NO ALCOHOL MAY BE BROUGHT IN TO THE EVENT.
  • Food may be brought in before the show starts. If you bring in coolers/cooler bags they may be searched by security.
  • If you lose or pretend as though you lost your ticket, payment confirmation, or wrist band or claim that you never got a ticket to enter, you will have to pay the standard spectator entry fee ($10.00) to re-enter –**No Exceptions**

NO VEHICLES SHOULD BE MOVED, STARTED OR LEAVE THE PREMISES FOR ANY REASON UNTIL THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT!!
