All media personnel who wish to obtain media credentials and entrance to our events, must complete our media contract.
We must receive this contract no later than one (1) week prior to the event you wish to attend or you will not be granted media access! All approved media personnel (including up to two additional staff members) will receive show media passes.
A letter of intent must be submitted from every photographer or their media outlet’s editor. The letter should outline their websites/blogs and also provide a brief description of what they are offering as far as coverage of the show.
Submission of a media contract does not guarantee that you will be approved. We only accept so many media outlets and you will be notified via email of your approval/denial.
