ALL VEHICLES MUST BE SCREENED AND PRE-APPROVED BEFORE REGISTRATION CAN BE FULLY COMPLETED.
We will evaluate the quality of your vehicle and then notify you via email/text message of your approval or denial. Your credit/debit card will not be charged until you register for events and are approved. Due to the overwhelming amount of applications, it may take several weeks or longer for you to be notified. Some vehicles will receive notifications right away, some will sit for a while. This is normal.
If you do not receive an email/text updating you on the status of your application, you can check the status by logging into your account. Please DO NOT contact us asking about the status of your registration unless the show date is closer than three weeks away! Our preferred method of contact is email. Questions submitted via social media may not be answered.
If you fail to complete all of the steps, your registration will not be honored and you will not be admitted into the show. Register early to guarantee your spot!
Please take your time and verify that all of your information is correct before submitting! If you encounter any errors or have any questions during the registration process, do not proceed any further and please email the webmaster.
Tuner Evolution prices include admission for the driver only! Additional tickets can be purchased in advance when registering your vehicle, and during roll-in. Additional tickets can also be purchased on the day of the show.
Local laws require that all vehicles parking indoors have 1/4 tank of fuel or less! Also all batteries must be disconnected! This will be strictly enforced!!

If an event is postponed for any reason, your registration/payment will be carried over and honored on the rescheduled date of that event. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, please contact us.
