The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks offers all of the amenities of Philadelphia, proximity to downtown, access to public transit, world-class entertainment and lodging options, with none of the inflated costs, insufficient parking, and overcrowded space.

Their facility is one of the largest on the east coast, with 150,000 square feet of uninterrupted exhibition space on a single floor. With their imaginative professional decorating partners and flexible floorplan, the possibilities for each event are endless.

Roll-In Information

Competitor Vehicles

Roll-in will be Saturday, July 31st from 6:30am – 10:00am. Competitors can optionally roll-in on Friday July 30th anytime between 2pm – 9pm.

All competitors must roll-in at a scheduled staging time (times will be posted closer to the event). Our check-in process is done completely electronically using a smartphone app containing all of your information and images of your vehicle(s). So when you arrive, all you need to do is give us your name or show us the QR code provided to you in your acceptance email.

Vendors

Roll-in will be Friday, July 30th from 1pm – 9pm.

This includes all booth vehicles!! Any booth vehicles that do not roll in during this time frame will not be able to park in their booth!!
Our check-in process is done completely electronically using a smartphone app containing all of your information and images of your vehicle(s). So when you arrive, all you need to do is give us your name (so there's no need to bring anything with you).
Important! The first person from your company who arrives at the event and checks in will be given all of your company's passes, and it will be their responsibility to distribute them to the rest of your employees who will be attending.

Rules and Guidelines

For indoor venues, fire codes require that all vehicles parking inside any venues have 1/4 tank of fuel or less! Also all batteries must be disconnected! This will be strictly enforced!!

**NO SPACE GUARANTEED – to ensure a space at this event, you must register as early as possible.

REGISTERED VEHICLES – Show vehicles receive a pass for the driver and passenger. Up to four (4) additional passes can be purchased for a discounted rate of $25 each when registering your vehicle.

VEHICLES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO LEAVE UNTIL AWARDS HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED AND THE SHOW IS OVER! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

A Few Rules for Competitors and Vendors:
Absolutely NO burnout's will be permitted on the property! If so, you will lose all access and will be asked to remove yourself from the premises!
NO ALCOHOL MAY BE BROUGHT IN TO THE EVENT.
Food may be brought in before the show starts. If you bring in coolers/cooler bags they may be searched by security.
If you rolled in the day before the event, you will be able to get into the venue the next morning to finish prepping your vehicle. Check with our staff to see what time the doors will open.
If you lose or pretend as though you lost your ticket, payment confirmation, or wrist band or claim that you never got a ticket to enter, you will have to pay the standard spectator entry fee ($30.00) to enter the venue–**No Exceptions**
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL OF THE PARKING AND ADMISSION PASSES IN HAND BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE VENUE!

NO VEHICLES SHOULD BE MOVED, STARTED OR LEAVE THE PREMISES FOR ANY REASON UNTIL THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT!!
