After a very successful first time hosting in Omaha, we’ve decided to come back for version 2! This event will feature a more limited and selective indoor show field, while expanding the outdoor show field.
We will also have cars displayed in multiple wings, and vendors and motorcycles on the second level.

Roll in for indoor competitor cars will be on Friday September 4th and will be broken into two waves. Wave 1 will be from 7am – 10am, and Wave 2 will be from 6pm – 10pm.
You can choose the wave that works best for you.
If you are with a club/team, please arrive and roll in together or we may not be able to get you parked together!
Our check-in process is done completely electronically. Our system contains all of your information and images of your vehicle(s). So when you arrive, all you need to do is give us your name or show us the QR code provided to you in your acceptance email.
Additional info may be emailed to you closer to the event.
Roll in for bikes will be on Friday September 4th from 10am – 8pm.
All bikes will be displayed on Level 2 (see map layout)
If you are with a club/team, please arrive together or we may not be able to get you parked together!

Vendor Roll in will be on Friday September 4th from 7am – 8pm
This includes all booth vehicles!! Any booth vehicles that do not roll in during this time frame will not be able to park in their booth!!

Important! The first person from your company who arrives at the event and checks in will be given all of your company’s passes, and it will be their responsibility to distribute them to the rest of your employees who will be attending.

For indoor venues, fire codes require that all vehicles parking inside any venues have 1/4 tank of fuel or less! Also all batteries must be disconnected! This will be strictly enforced!!
**NO SPACE GUARANTEED – to ensure a space at this event, you must register as early as possible.
REGISTERED VEHICLES – Show vehicles receive a pass for the driver only! Additional passes can be purchased when registering your vehicle, and from our staff when you roll into the event.
VEHICLES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO LEAVE UNTIL AWARDS HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED AND THE SHOW IS OVER! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
A Few Rules for Competitors and Vendors:
NO VEHICLES SHOULD BE MOVED, STARTED OR LEAVE THE PREMISES FOR ANY REASON UNTIL THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT!!
