COVID-19 Info & FAQ

2020 was definitely a year of uncertainty. Many of our events were postponed, moved or didn’t happen at all. Because so many of our events were affected by the many local restrictions put in place as a result of COVID-19, it left many of our spectators, vendors and competitors with questions about the status of their registrations and tickets. This page was put together as a resource for anyone who purchased a ticket, booth space, or registered a vehicle for any of our 2020 events, in hopes of answering any questions you may have regarding the status of your purchase.

Q. I purchased a ticket, or booth space, or registered my vehicle for an event that didn’t occur in 2020. What are my options?

  • The events that were scheduled that did not happen in 2020 include SoCal, Charlotte, Miami and Puerto Rico. The stipulations outlined below, only apply to these four events.

    Vehicle Registrations
  • If you registered a vehicle for any of the above events, your registration will automatically carry over to the next date for that event. This process is automatic and you don’t need to do anything. If you log into your account, you will see your registration under My Upcoming Events.You also have the option to transfer your registration to any of our other upcoming events (excluding The Setup events). If you would like to do this, please contact us and we can easily make that switch for you.

    Once the new event date has passed, your registration will no longer be valid and cannot be transferred.

    Ticket Purchases
    If you purchased tickets for any of the above events, they will automatically carry over to the next date for that event. This process is automatic and you don’t need to do anything. The original tickets can be presented on the new date of the event (the fact that the date printed on the ticket is incorrect won’t matter).

    You also have the option to use the tickets at any of our other upcoming events (excluding The Setup events). If you choose to do this, you do not need to contact us. The original tickets can be presented and will be honored at other events.

    If you no longer have your tickets, please contact us and we can reissue them to you via email.

    Once the new event date has passed, your tickets will no longer be valid and will not be accepted at any events.

    Vendor Registrations
    If you registered for booth space for any of the above events, your registration will automatically carry over to the next date for that event. This process is automatic and you don’t need to do anything. If you log into your vendor account, you will see your registration under My Upcoming Events.

    If for some reason, any of the above events do not happen in 2021, everything will automatically transfer to the next date in 2022.

    Q. If I transfer my registration, if I purchased additional tickets or a shirt, does that also transfer? And does my vehicle need to be screened and approved again?

    Any items purchased during your registration will be included in the transfer, and your vehicle will not need to be screened and approved again.

    Q. Can I get a refund?

    In most cases, purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will only be given to those who meet the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
