We have been closely monitoring the status of things as they relate to the COVID-19 pandemic. As always, the safety of our participants, vendors, spectators and staff remains our top priority. Over the last couple of weeks, there has been a lot of uncertainty as many states were beginning to see large increases in the amount of new cases, resulting in additional restrictions being put back into place.

With the current state-of-affairs, and the fact that the state of North Carolina has reinstated restrictions on large scale public events, unfortunately our Charlotte event will NOT be taking place this year. We tried our best to adapt the event and work around these restrictions, but ultimately we were unsuccessful in all of our attempts.

Emails have gone out with additional information for those who’ve already registered or purchased tickets.

As saddened as we are by this decision, we are already looking to put 2020 in our rear view and focus on 2021, which will be our 15th anniversary year! And to celebrate such a milestone, we are aiming to make it our biggest and best year yet!

  1. I still haven’t gotten an email. I purchase 2 tickets and nothing regarding refunds or how is it going to be handle has been explained. Sent two emails and no response.

    • Hi Yahaira, I apologize for not responding sooner. This time of year, coupled with all the COVID craziness has definitely made it more difficult for us to keep up with our emails. We may not respond right away, but we will always get back to you. I do see that I did respond to your email earlier this week. If you need anything else just let us know.
